Tamannaah Bhatia (born 21 December 1989[2]) is an Indian film actress and model,[3] who performs under the mononym Tamannaah and predominantly appears in South Indian cinema. In 2005, she made her acting debut in the Bollywood film, Chand Sa Roshan Chehra, before working in the major South Indian film industries. Also in 2005, Tamannaah made her Telugu debut in Sri, and in the following year she appeared in her first Tamil film, Kedi. In 2007, she starred in two college-life-based drama films, Happy Days in Telugu and Kalloori in Tamil, which both earned her critical acclaim

Thadaka is an upcoming Telugu action film.[2] directed by Kishore Kumar Pardasani (Dolly) the director who early directed Konchem Ishtam Konchem Kashtam.[3][4][5] The film is a remake of tamil film Vettai written and directed by N. Linguswamy.[6][7] At first the team approached Sameera Reddy to reprise her role but later she was replaced by Andrea Jeremiah. Tamannaah will be seen as a female lead opposite Naga Chaitanya for the second time in her career.

Himmatwala (English: The Brave) is an upcoming Bollywood action romance film directed by Sajid Khan.[1] The film features superstar Ajay Devgn opposite Tamannaah in the lead roles[2]. It is an official remake of the 1983 blockbuster of the same name which itself was a remake of a Telugu film Ooriki Monagadu of 1981. In this film Ajay Devgan will be seen as an action hero. Two more Bollywood superstar Jeetendra and Akshay Kumar will be seen as special appearance in this film. This film is an official remake of the blockbuster Himmatwala ( 1983 Bollywood action drama film directed by K. Raghavendra Rao starring Jeetendra and Sridevi). 1983's Himmatwala itself was a remake of a Telugu film Ooriki Monagadu of 1981 Directed by Uddalapathi Narasimha Rao. The first look poster of Himmatwala was revealed on 8th August 2012. The film is scheduled to release on 29th March 2013.
